Research & Consultancy
KFA has an independent wing which provides its Research and Consulting services in the areas of Financial Management, Cost Controlling, enhancing Operational Efficiency and Productivity, implementing Full Proof Financial Control and Check System, Strategic Positioning of different Strategic Business Units (SBUs), Portfolio Rationalization and Diversification, and in managing Whole Brained Team.

The consulting services are provided after conducting a thorough analysis of clients’ existing working environment, resources, core competence and future vision. The consulting services are also provided after taking into consideration all the external environment and market forces for specific SBUs.

In the research side, KFA has been doing its research based on primary as well as secondary data. Apart from providing customized research and consulting services, the center also offers following standard products:

1. Feasibility study of the Project:
This broadly covers the project’s feasibility in following areas:
  1. Market feasibility.
  2. Financial feasibility.
  3. Technical feasibility and
  4. A detailed SWOT analysis with risk analysis.
2. Market Research for Product and Services:
This mainly aims to find out the market analysis of existing products and suggest the future strategies for various products and services. It also aims to find out the market response of proposed new products and services.

3. Preparing standard policy guide relating to Finance and Management:
A professionally managed company is the need of today’s competitive environment. Going forward, the top management of the organization needs to   spend more time in Strategic issues, leading and motivating its people managing its valued customers and external environment. This requires the top management to  divorce themselves from day to day-routine jobs and controls. To hjjdeliver this, there  has to be full proof control system and detailed policy guide and manuals, which will govern day to day activities of the organization and also clearly assign duties and responsibilities to employees. This will be further checked by companies’ internal audit and checks department. KFA has been involved in preparing such Policy Guides for various companies to ensure full-proof systems and procedures.

4. Conducting management audit:
This primarily aims to know, how the organization is being managed. A detailed report is presented to the management after observing the systems and compliance   of day to-day operation for a reasonable period of time. This report contains existing style and structure of the management, a brief SWOT analysis suggestions to improve management’s efficiency.
