Thus, each department under the operational function works under its own philosophy, which reinforces the excellence with which we deliver our services. As a result, we have been able to make remarkable contribution in all the business units in the past 21 years.
The Training, Consulting and Education strategic business units are supported by the operations team consisting of Finance, IT, Business, Education, and HR & Corporate Communications departments. The coordination and mutual support shared by the team members ensure efficient operation of our Strategic Business Units. The Finance team works by the philosophy of ‘integrity and efficiency through cost-effectiveness’, thus ensuring the proper management of the financial requirements of the respective business units. The IT department, responsible for ‘seamless and secure access to information’ plays an extremely important role in supporting cross-departmental coordination as well as identifying and meeting the technological requirements of the stakeholders.
The academic team that overlooks the education services provided by KFA through ‘innovative teaching and learning approaches for academic excellence’ keeps par with the dynamic global education and job-market trends for development of knowledge and skillset of the students. Our business team is responsible for ‘building excellent relationships with stakeholders’ to drive the business for the delivery of our services. To ensure that operation of the departments is driven by the people who understand their respective departmental and organizational philosophies, the HR & Corporate Communications team works by the philosophy of ‘right people at the right job’ and to ‘communicate true brand picture’ to all our stakeholders respectively.
