KFA partners with Foodmandu to bring Delight to Customers:
As per the contract, KFA will deliver a tailored program to enhance the capabilities of Foodmandu's Customer Service Staff members. The program will focus on developing and improving specific skills, including effective communication, problem-solving, customer empathy, and teamwork. The training sessions will span a total of 20 hours with the primary objective to equip the staff members with the necessary skills to address customer issues smoothly, thereby enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
